Gluten-Free Veggie Pâté

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • I red onion, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 branch of celery, grated
  • 3 large mushrooms, grated
  • 4 medium-large potatoes, grated
  • 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of gluten-free tamari or braggs
  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons of terragon
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme

Steps

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
  • lightly oil 8 x 11.5 baking sheet, and pour ingredients evenly into pan
  • Bake for 40 minutes
  • Let cool & eat
